“We cannot ignore the rapid evolution of the health and regulatory scenario that has been shaped by the spread of Coronavirus”, explains Mosè Giacomello, President of Vapitaly. Our main priority is to safeguard everyone - operators, companies and enthusiasts – and for this reason, although the 2020 edition is confirmed, and will be taking place regularly, we believe it is our duty to reschedule the event for the beginning of
October, in a period we believe will be especially favourable for the relaunch of the vaping sector and for the economy of the country as a whole”.
For the 2020 edition, Vapitaly and VapitalyPRO – the special edition of Vapitaly dedicated to training and networking for vaping operators – will come together in a single event, which will help strengthen its role as the benchmark European fair for the entire sector. As per tradition, Vapitaly will be held over a long weekend, during which companies will have the chance to develop their business. Vapers will be able to discover what’s new on the market, while operators will have a chance to evolve from both a professional and entrepreneurial point of view: Monday will be dedicated exclusively to operators in the sector.
According to President Giacomello, “This new edition of Vapitaly will undoubtedly offer an opportunity to relaunch the entire vaping sector. I would like to thank the companies for the trust they are placing in us, as well as the operators and visitors looking forward to this event, which has become a benchmark over the years. Once again on this occasion, we will be seeking to create the conditions to support a sector that has always endeavoured to reduce the damage caused by smoking”.
